English 7 endeavors to cultivate skill in crafting the English sentence by studying grammar, vocabulary, and composition from classic literature. Developing habits of scholarship in the student, this course inculcates critical thinking and logic by emphasizing analysis rather than rote learning. The student will study etymology, syntax, and composition while reading four classics of literature.​
